MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. You will hear hits that you would hear on the radio from top 40, pop, r&b, hip hop, rock, reggae, and everything in between. Our moves are repetitive and easy to follow. We do this so you can maximize your workouts rather than focus on complicated choreography. We want you leaving dripping in sweat! Everything we do is explosive. All of our movements are big, exaggerated, and our very best. This allows us to burn more calories.

|Slow Flow Yoga||
The slow pace allows new students a pace that fosters learning basic yoga poses while also providing a challenge of stillness and focus to more experienced yogis. This class will focus on the breath/movement connection by flowing slowly through sun salutations and postures designed to build internal heat slowly and gently while cultivating mindfulness and awareness to breath and body sensation.
|Strike A Pose! Parent and Child Yoga||
A fun, friendly environment for parents and kids to move and play. We will learn the importance of connecting with our breath, listening to our bodies and spacial awareness through meditation, yoga poses and free flow movement.
Start the weekend off right with an amazing balance of vinyasa and restorative yoga with core strengthening infused within the practice. This class is designed for all levels from beginners to advanced. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. For ages 18+.
We heard the need for a drop-in Yoga class on Tuesday evenings! The option to register for the session is still available for those who wish to do so. All levels welcome, beginner to advanced! Relax in the evenings with an amazing balance of vinyasa and restorative yoga with core strengthening infused within the practice. This class is designed for all levels from beginners to advanced. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Session is 5 weeks in length.
