Adult Dance Ballet/Jazz

Did you dance as a kid? Are you missing it as an adult? If you want to increase your flexibility, burn calories and have fun, then we have the perfect class. Join us in our comfortable atmosphere where you can explore dance again or try it for the first time. For ages 18+.


MixxedFit® is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. You will hear hits that you would hear on the radio from top 40, pop, r&b, hip hop, rock, reggae, and everything in between. Our moves are repetitive and easy to follow. We do this so you can maximize your workouts rather than focus on complicated choreography. We want you leaving dripping in sweat! Everything we do is explosive.  All of our movements are big, exaggerated, and our very best. This allows us to burn more calories.

Slow Flow Yoga

The slow pace allows new students a pace that fosters learning basic yoga poses while also providing a challenge of stillness and focus to more experienced yogis. This class will focus on the breath/movement connection by flowing slowly through sun salutations and postures designed to build internal heat slowly and gently while cultivating mindfulness and awareness to breath and body sensation.

Strike A Pose! Parent and Child Yoga

A fun, friendly environment for parents and kids to move and play. We will learn the importance of connecting with our breath, listening to our bodies and spacial awareness through meditation, yoga poses and free flow movement. <--break->

Summer Adult Softball League
12" Men's unlimited arc Tuesday Night Softball League will have a shortened regular season followed by a one night playoff.
Sunrise Yoga

Start the weekend off right with an amazing balance of vinyasa and restorative yoga with core strengthening infused within the practice. This class is designed for all levels from beginners to advanced. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. 6 week sessions. For ages 18+.

Sunset Yoga

All levels welcome, beginner to advanced! Relax in the evenings with an amazing balance of vinyasa and restorative yoga with core strengthening infused within the practice. This class is designed for all levels from beginners to advanced. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Sessions are 6 weeks in length.

The best of Yoga and Pilates combined together for core, sculpted muscles, body strength and flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels-beginner and advanced. We will utilize resistance bands and yoga blocks. 6 week sessions.

Chopped Challenge
There will be 3 teams that will have to work together and create an: appetizer, main dish, and dessert. Each team will receive a basket with the same mystery ingredients that they will need to use. Teams will be judged on presentation, creativity, and of course, taste!
Horseback Riding Lessons

Tower Hills Stables will offer ARIA certified instructors, safe horse, and an oversized indoor arena with an attached viewing room for parents to watch.

Camps will be in Hampshire only while Illinois is in Phase 3 and limited in size to follow guidelines. Our planned starting date is June 8th provided all staff and appropriate measures are in place. Thank you for your patience!

Tunes for Tots
This class is design for children 1-5 years old. It is a time for children to learn new songs while using musical instruments, props, finger plays, body movement, story time, and games.
Youth Dance

Summer Virtual Youth Dance with LIsa's School of Dance! Classes will consist of a 30-40 minutes virtual instruction each week. Every week
something new while continuing to focus on basis technique in ballet, tap and some
classes jazz.

4th- 6th Grade Girls Volleyball Session II

Bump, Set, Spike! This season of volleyball will begin with a few practices and then we will begin games with Genoa and Huntley teams.

5th-6th Grade Boys & Girls Basketball

This program is designed to further teach the basic fundamentals of basketball. We will begin to expose the players to more rules, taller rims, and full court play. Players will begin to learn teamwork through coach's set plays. Sharpen your passing, dribbling, and shooting skills all while playing on full length court.

7th-8th Grade Boys Basketball (Recreational)

This league will focus on preparing kids for High School basketball. Full size basketballs, 10ft. rims, and a full length court will allow the player to continue their basketball growth in a recreational environment.  

Challenger International Soccer Camp

Challenger International Soccer Camp is coming back to Bruce Ream Park this summer from July 13th to July 17th for ages 3-14!

Fall Outdoor Youth Soccer
The Hampshire Township Park District Youth Soccer League program is designed to teach young athletes progressive soccer skills in a supportive environment.
T-Ball for 3-6 Year Olds Session II
Stationary batting T's, soft balls and age appropriate drills will be utilized. This program will be an intro to organized youth baseball/softball. Base running, hitting, fielding, coordination, team play, confidence, safety and having fun will be emphasized.
Youth Basketball Session II

Sign up for one of our best and fastest growing programs. For boys and girls, Pre-K through 4th grade. Session II runs January through late February.
